Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your package is shipped.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

We provide reliable shipping with the following estimated transit times:

  • Malaysia (Domestic): 2 to 4 business days.
  • United States, Singapore & Hong Kong: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Philippines: 4 business days (Express Shipment).
  • Brunei: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 7 to 14 business days (depending on your location).


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor the movement of your parcel through the provided tracking link within 24–48 hours.
